Sort-of Secret: Taudo’s, Toronto Raptor Dalano Banton’s favourite Jamaican restaurant in Rexdale
After working at a friend’s restaurant, Gordon decided to take a chance and open his own. He named it Taudo’s, his childhood nickname, and hasn’t looked back since. Despite the turbulence of the past couple of years, Gordon has continued to cook up seafood exactly how he learned to make it while growing up in Rocky Point, a small coastal town in Jamaica’s Clarendon parish.

Theres many Jamaican restaurants in North Etobicoke - and this is One of BestWe ordered two combos - fried chicken w/rice n peas and BBQ chicken w/mashed potatoes. Wow it was delicious, fresh, crispy and well priced large portions! I called and asked if they could omit chicken leg and he happily obliged.Great customer service. We will definitely be returning.

My family and I came here for the first time. Customer service is good. Thank you for that. Ordered shrimp pasta- was cold and cost was 19.00$ ordered shrimp with white rice cost- 17.00$ it was a bit salty but good. Ordered fried chicken and rice and peas the chicken tasted great but rice was cold. Overall the presentation was good but portions are really small for the price your paying for the food. This is why we give it 3.0. Thank you.i feel you guys need to decrease prices or increase the portions.
